Casa Arbol is perfect for a getaway with family or friends (best for kids 6+). Nestled in the jungle it’s a peaceful base for exploring the magic of Nosara—though we recommend having a car to reach shops, restaurants, and surf in Playa Guiones (10 minutes away).
A sparkling pool welcomes you with lush jungle views. Swim, sunbathe, or just relax in the sounds of nature. Inside, the first level features a master bedroom with a plush king bed and ensuite bath, and a second bedroom with two comfy twin beds and hallway access to a second bathroom.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find an open plan space with living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the spacious patio for dining, lounging, and soaking in panoramic jungle views and a peek of the ocean.
The third level is a bright loft space with a twin size day bed, full bathroom with outdoor shower, and a breezy terrace—perfect for reading, relaxing, or stargazing.
Whether you're here to surf, explore, or do absolutely nothing, this retreat makes it easy to unplug and experience pura vida. Please note, this home is not suited for very young children due to open railings, staircases, and no safety gate around the swimming pool.

A 3-minute walk to the sand in Playa Pelada via jungle foot path
Swimming pool with adjacent covered patio and sun loungers (not a saltwater pool)
AC and ceiling fans throughout
Well stocked kitchen (no dishwasher or BBQ)
A water filtration system throughout the home
Laundry room (please do not put sandy items in machines)
Security, home is equipped with a house alarm and a caretaker lives in a separate casita
All bed linens, bath, and beach towels are included (please do not use white bath towels for the beach, or on the floors, or for make-up removal).
For stays of 10 nights or more, (1) basic cleaning is included and optional
Rates are seasonal and there is a 3 night minimum
The high season is December 1 to April 30; Green season is May 1 to November 30. Holiday rates apply to Christmas and New Years weeks. The rates provided below are pre-tax; a 13% VAT is required by Costa Rica. Rates for the 2026-27 high season will be available soon!
