Whether you're here to surf, unwind, or explore, Villa Papaya is the perfect home base for your Nosara adventure! Per HOA rules, guest children must be age 6 or older due to the ungated pool area.

Villa Papaya offers two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and ceiling fans for your comfort.
This charming lower-level corner unit features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, airy living room. The kitchen includes cookware, small appliances, and a granite island with high-top seating for two, plus a bench-style dining table that seats up to four. The living area is comfortably furnished with a custom sectional sofa, colorful pillows, local artwork, and a futon couch that can sleep a child or teen. Step out onto the private patio to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.
Walk to nearby favorites like Olga’s Bar, La Luna, La Bodega Mini-Market, El Chivo, Il Peperoni, Bakery Ines, Mango Smoothie Bar, Sunrise Cafe, and Seekret Spot Gelato. The surf in Playa Guiones is less than a 20 minute beach walk or a short 10 minute drive.
