Tropical Retreat with Private Pool in North Playa Guiones! Welcome to your jungle getaway in beautiful Playa Guiones! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the lower level of the two story home that you see pictured.
The main lower level offers a nice blend of comfort and space with exclusive access to the pool—perfect for cooling off after a day in the surf or soaking up sunshine.
Inside, you'll find:
Master Suite with a King bed and a Twin bed—ideal for families or a small group of friends traveling together.
Second Bedroom featuring two Queen beds, offering plenty of space to spread out.
(2) Full bathrooms, one for each bedroom
The living room opens directly onto a spacious outdoor patio featuring a large sofa and a handcrafted Guanacaste wood dining table that seats 6 people. Enjoy coffee and meals beside the pool with a jungle backdrop. There is also an outdoor shower and half bath on the patio for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home or hire a private chef, and ceiling fans and AC units throughout the home ensure comfort day and night.
You'll love the location—just a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and more in North Playa Guiones. The beach is a relaxed 10-minute walk away, making it easy to catch a sunset or surf session.
Please Note, the second level is a private studio with its own entrance and driveway, the units share only the outdoor laundry area. The studio can sleep up to 3 people in 2 beds and can be rented with the main home as a third bedroom—please inquire about availability and rates.

The high season is December 1 to April 30; Green season is May 1 to November 30. Holiday rates apply to Christmas and New Years weeks. The rates provided below are pre-tax; a 13% VAT is required by Costa Rica. Rates for the 2026-27 high season are coming soon!
