This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the lower level of the two story home. It’s ideal for a family, 4 friends traveling together that want their own beds, or two couples. A master bedroom offers (2) beds: king bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, AC, and direct access to a bathroom.
The living room opens onto a spacious outdoor patio featuring a large sofa and a handcrafted Guanacaste wood dining table that seats 6 people. Cool off in the dipping pool, rinse off post surf in the outdoor shower and there’s a half bath on the patio for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home. There are ceiling fans and AC units throughout the home ensure comfort day and night.
You'll love the location—within a 5-minute walk you’ll find, shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and a trail to Playa Pelada. The beach is a 10-minute walk, so it’s easy to catch a sunset or surf session.
Please Note, The second level is a separate studio with its own entrance and driveway. It shares only an outdoor laundry area with the main house and sleeps 2 in a king bed. Available to rent separately or as a third bedroom—please inquire about availability and rates.
