Direct Book Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in booking directly! Direct bookings are a great way to enjoy a more personalized experience.

Recently, Airbnb changed its fee structure, and guests are no longer charged an Airbnb booking fee. However, please double-check the total rate shown on Airbnb before booking, as the fee structure may vary depending on your country.

Booking Direct

Direct bookings are paid by bank transfer or a money-transfer app offered by the homeowner. At this time, we can only accept credit card payments through Airbnb or VRBO. Link(s) to those booking platforms are provided for each home, if they use the booking channel.

Requesting a Direct Booking

For general questions or to inquire about booking directly, please complete the form below. I’ll check availability and, if the home is available for your dates, I’ll provide:

• The rate for your requested dates

• The cancellation policy

• The available payment method

• Any additional fees

If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you a rental agreement to review and sign before your booking is confirmed.
