The Hills of Nosara

Just a short drive from the popular beach areas into the local hills, you’ll find a few great spots to savor yummy flavors, sip something refreshing, and soak in the view!

Kae Rae’s Irish Pub, a casual unexpected gem! A small Irish pub complete with memorabilia on the walls, pub food, full bar, a pool for patrons to enjoy, as well as a covered deck with great valley views. 15 minute drive.

La Catedral Nosara, they host fun events and happy hours, serving up great cocktails and tasty food. Self described as “a creative house where you can taste art, feel food & be inspired by cocktails. A space for bold minds & wild souls.” Visit their Instagram to learn more. A 15-20 minute drive, just up the road from Kae Rae’s.
Coyol Restaurant, one of the most popular restaurants in the area, set in a simple glass house on a hillside about 25 minutes away. It has a grassy lawn with outdoor seating, 180° views, and even a rope swing hanging from a tree. Enjoy grilled meats, a simple menu, a full bar, and generous portions (you’ve been warned!).
