Personalized guest co-hosting and vacation rental support to homeowners with 2–4 bedroom homes in Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones.

My services are ideal for short-term vacation rental owners who like to be hands-on with their vacation rental business. You stay involved in the big picture—and the day-to-day when you want to—while I provide reliable local support on the ground, without handing your property over to a traditional full-service management company.

A Flexible Approach to Vacation Rental Management

Guest co-hosting is my primary service. I serve as the local point of contact for your guests, handling communication, preparing the home, managing check-in and check-out, and making sure everything is clean, well-stocked, and ready for arrival.

Throughout your guests’ stay, I’m available to provide local support, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Optional Add-On Services

For homeowners who need a little extra support, I also offer optional services such as Booking channel management and Home care and property support. Concierge services are available to guests for an additional fee, paid directly by the guest.
