Concierge Services
I am co-host for vacation rental owners with homes in Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones that have at least (2) bedrooms and a minimum night stay of (4) nights. I call my independent service, Enjoy Nosara.
My focus is creating a warm, insider-style guest experience so every guest feels genuinely cared for. I work closely with your home’s caretakers to ensure smooth, welcoming stays—handling booking platforms, listing updates, attentive communication, preparing the home for guest arrival and in-person check-ins.

If you’re interested in real estate, I can be your local guide. In addition to my work as a co-host, I’m an owner/agent of We Are Mango Realty. Being a co-host for a small portfolio of beach-area rentals gives me up-to-date insight into investment performance of the current market, guest experiences, and long-term property value.
Owning in Nosara is about more than buying a home—it’s about understanding the seasons, neighborhoods, schools, local resources, and pace of life. I’ve lived here and raised my son since 2013, and can offer a local perspective whether you’re relocating, investing, or simply exploring the idea.

When you book a home co-hosted by Enjoy Nosara, here’s what you can expect:
Assistance with coordinating an airport shuttle or driving directions.
In-person check-in. Check-in hours are 4–9 p.m.
A welcome package including a bag of coffee, milk, and a locally made bread and/or some fresh fruit.
A home stocked with guest essentials: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper; paper towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.
Beach towels and bed/bath linens are also provided.
Concierge Services for a fee
Grocery pre-stock – $40 + 10% of the total grocery bill. Must be arranged at least 5 days in advance of arrival to discuss logistics.
Private chef – $25 coordination fee (non-refundable): The fee is paid in advance and covers sourcing an available chef for desired cuisine and coordinating logistics for your group. However, I’m happy to provide the chef’s contact details if you prefer to book directly. Please note that chefs have cancellation policies.
Full-Service Concierge for a fee
For a full-service concierge experience, I will connect you with an independent concierge who’s ready to help make your vacation enjoyable with a variety of services.
