When you book

Enjoy a memorable vacation! Here is what to expect when you book a home managed by Enjoy Nosara:

• Assistance with airport shuttle or driving directions. I can coordinate an airport shuttle to/from Nosara or provide driving directions. I will contact you prior to arrival to learn your travel plans.

• In-person check-in. I’ll greet you at check-in (hours offered are 4–9 p.m.) to give a quick tour of home, provide keys/codes, and answer questions. Check-out is at 10 a.m. Self-check-ins can sometime be arranged for late-night arrivals, depending on the home. Please ask.

• Guest essentials. The home will be stocked with an adequate supply of basic bathroom and kitchen essentials (e.g., toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil). Guests are responsible for restocking as needed during their stay.

• Welcome package. Courtesy of the homeowner, the welcome package often includes: a bag of coffee, small milk for coffee, a carton of eggs, butter, loaf of fresh bread (when available), and seasonal fresh fruit such as a pineapple and/or watermelon.

Concierge Services for a fee

• Grocery pre-stock – $40 + 10% of the total grocery bill. This service must be arranged at least 5 days in advance to review grocery list, clarify specifics, and coordinate pre-payment of funds via PayPal or Venmo. Remaining funds will be returned in cash at check-in.

• Private chef – $50 Coordination Fee: This covers sourcing available chefs and managing all menu communications. The fee is due in advance and can be paid via PayPal or Venmo.

  If you prefer to work directly with the chef, I’m happy to share their contact information. Please note that not all chefs speak English, and each chef has their own cancellation policy.

Full-Service Concierge for a fee

If you’d like a full-service concierge experience, I can connect you with an independent concierge who’s ready to help make your stay extra smooth and enjoyable with a variety of services:

• rental car, golf cart, or ATV reservations

• provide grocery pre-stock

• arrange private cooks and chefs

• make restaurant reservations;

• coordinate reservations for tours and activities;

• reservations for spa treatments or massage at nearby hotels;

• referral to nanny services and reserve baby rental equipment; and

• other special requests such as birthday cakes, photography, etc.
